"Opera in Bloom at Opera in the Ozarks" was held at the Arend Arts Center on July 7, 2007, the day of the special performance of Madama Butterfly.

The Handbook for Flower Shows published by National Garden Clubs, Inc. was used as a guide for artistic design. Designs had to be named for this season's operas; Madama Butterfly, Susannah, Le Nozze di Figaro (The Marriage of Figaro) and A Wedding Day for Figaro (children's opera).
